Tour add
In this add they have used many advertising techniques and I am going to discus them in my analyses .
In this advertisement you can see they have use three colors yellow orange and black. These are the colors of a sunset which is romantic and draws more younger couples to go on holiday to Australia to have a good time . the color yellow is the most visible color and quickly attracts you to look, so that way your eyes are drawn to the color so you read the advertisement more closely. The color orange is warm and fuzzy and makes you feel good inside so they decided to use this to say if you go on a holiday to Australia you will feel good and have a great time .
In this add the vector lines are located were the camels are walking, they are walking straight towards the slogan “were the bloody hell are you”. Also the slogan is pointing to the little symbol for that brand in the bottom right corner .
The shot for this advertisement is a long shot . I think they used that to show the beach in the background to make Australia look like a beautiful place and also to show the man walking the camels to show you will have a good tour guide and a good time doing something different to what you will normally do.
The compositional meaning of this add are the left which is the given so when you do come to Australia you will see nice calm beaches and magnificent sunsets. The right is the new which is people riding a camel and that is new for people who have come on holiday to Australia. The top which is the promise of the advertisement and it is promising that if you go to Australia you will go and see great beaches and do extraordinary things. the bottom is the slogan which is saying if your not here you should come. Also the margin which is the less important things which is the beach in this case.
