Q1)it is how matuer we are in morality for eg we somone who is moraly matuer would not graffity a train or bus ect.
Q2)he has a lack of moral matuerity because he was carrying a nife and droped it when thed police sore him and ran because he didnt whant to be courght for doing something wrong and didnt think about the consequenses.
Q3) moralit means following the rules inmorality means not fiollowing the rules.
